The Bank presently has Four branches located at Clifton, Taiser Town, IQRA and Dalmia in addition to the following 16 Service Centers located in different areas of Karachi: covering almost all the towns of the city.

According to the approved Annual Business Expansion Plan of 2007, we have to open 05 more  Service Centers and 04 Branches during the current year to increase our targeted outreach.

The Bank is conscious of meeting the diversified financial needs of the urban and rural population of Karachi. We are, therefore, giving due attention to the education and health sectors by giving loans to the needy students for completing their education and for medical treatment of the poor who cannot meet their medical expenses. Similarly, we have developed other loan products such as micro leasing for the purchase of rickshaw, cycles, motor bikes, machinery and equipment, in order to improve the living standard of poor people and to help them stand on their own feet. We are also providing loans for the needy for completion of construction of their houses. We also plan to provide assistance to enable the poor to come out of the clutches of the various moneylenders. Likewise, we have planned to provide assistance to the needy poor in the matter of marriages of their daughters.

We have also been given permission by the State Bank to mobilize deposits. Mobilization of deposits for micro financing is expected to strengthen Bank’s resource base substantially and enable us to further expand clientele outreach and market penetration and help further in accelerating our efforts to alleviate poverty and empower the poor, especially women.
